Built for active operators

Move beyond demonstrations. Build your live operating standard.

iCargoFinsure connects real cargo movements to documents, photographic evidence, load, stow, lash and secure checks, exception review and insurer-ready reporting. It is built around accountable maker-checker workflows: the software supports the professional decision; it does not replace it.

01 · Qualify

Bring a real programme

Share your corporate mandate, inspection categories, monthly volumes, geography and authorised decision-maker.

02 · Evaluate and contract

See the workflow, agree the economics

Attend a guided use-case demo, accept a negotiated rate card and sign an enterprise agreement committing 250 eligible inspections annually.

03 · Activate

Start genuine inspections

Complete onboarding, use approved pre-billing credits against real transactions and enter paid annual operations from 1 January 2027.

Not a “try and toggle” offer

The included inspection allowance is available only after qualification and contract execution. Educational demos do not confer production credits; prospects without a buying mandate may use the ordinary demo channels instead.

Who should apply

Decision-makers with recurring cargo risk.

  • Manufacturers, EPC and project businesses and corporate cargo owners with ongoing dispatch programmes
  • Established professional survey organisations with recurring contracted inspections
  • Insurance brokers with documented authority and repeated enterprise client mandates
  • Companies able to execute a priced agreement by Diwali and commit to at least 250 qualifying inspections in the 2027 contract year

Who this is not for

Protecting capacity for serious deployments.

  • Casual exploration, curiosity-driven or unlimited product testing
  • One-off, retail or purely speculative inspection requirements
  • Unverified intermediaries, lead aggregators or users without purchase authority
  • Requests for free third-party physical survey attendance or statutory approvals

Ordinary enquiries and demos remain welcome outside this preferential contracted programme.

Consent wording

Common questions

Clarity before commitment

Can I register and take 30 inspections for free?

No. Only an admitted enterprise customer with executed commercial documents and a written allocation receives included platform inspection credits.

Does 250 mean 250 free inspections?

No. It is the contracted 2027 annual recurring volume or the corresponding agreed minimum fee. The pre-2027 included allocation is capped at 30 and separately defined.

Are physical surveyors and travel expenses included?

Not by default. The offer concerns specified platform inspections; any physical attendance, travel and external services must be expressly priced and approved.

Will I be billed for included inspections before 1 January 2027?

No. Eligible included platform credits are not retrospectively billed. Additional authorised paid services or usage beyond the allocated allowance may be billed under separately accepted terms.

Does a demo or online application reserve my offer?

No. Offer admission requires qualification, acceptance and execution of the commercial agreement by the closing deadline.

Can a broker aggregate volume across corporate clients?

Only with a documented client mandate, explicitly permitted tenants or clients and agreed attribution. The same inspection cannot be counted twice.
